As a leader who has navigated complex organisational challenges across multiple jurisdictions—from founding Care and Counsel to leading transformational change at Transformation Centre and later as CEO of Drewstown House Trust—I understand the delicate balance between mission integrity and operational excellence. My work has consistently focused on helping organizations move from surviving to thriving, building sustainable structures that honour their purpose while serving their communities effectively.
